Our Fearless Collection is our rugged field watch ready for action and adventure. With a smaller compact case measuring 39mm and stealth matte black finishing. This watch is not only built for adventure but looks ready for action at the drop of hat. With a dial inspired by charcoal, applied rose gold indices filled with lume, and a caseback molded into a UK Fire & Rescue Service firefighter helmet with a coloured visor looking through to the movement.
Built by the world renowned Seiko Group, our NH35 Automatic Movement is a reliable and accurate time keeping choice. The NH35 is both hacking and self-winding with a power reserve of 41 hours. For full power reserve Seiko suggests winding the crown 55 times. The NH35 has 24 jewels and a -20 seconds to +40 seconds per day accuracy.

CASE EXECUTION
Sandblasted stainless steel case with IP stealth black plating, laser engraved caseback ring and firefighter helmet caseback with coloured glass visor.
Note: As our casebacks are screwdown the position of the firefighter helmet visor design will not be the correct way around. The helmet will be in the position that the caseback teeth finish on.
GLASS
Flush glass finished with a medium blue tint and anti-reflective coating.
DIAL
Textured charcoal dial with rose gold applied indices filled with green Super-LumiNova, 3pm date window, polished hands filled with blue Super-LumiNova and fire bell chime inspired seconds hand.
CROWN
Sandblast IP stealth black crown with a brass inset made from a 100 year old British brass firefighter's helmet.
STRAPS
All straps have a 20mm lug distance and a quick release functionality allowing you to change straps without any tools required.
WATER RESISTANT
100 Metres / 10ATM.

Postage and Packing
Delivery charges start from £2.70 and are dependent on the products that you have ordered.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of us receiving them (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your items. We use the following postage methods:
Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day upon handover in the UK.
Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days upon handover in the UK.
Parcelforce 48 - Your parcel should be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends)
Our chosen delivery companies (Royal Mail or Parcelforce) may contact you directly via email or text to confirm your delivery date/time.
Christmas Delivery
The last despatch date for orders to arrive in time for Christmas is Wednesday 17
December 2025. Any orders placed after midday on 17 December through to 2 January
2026, will be dispatched on Monday 5 January 2026. Please note, however, that
some items are available for local pick up from Marine Court, Littlehampton, West
Sussex until 23 December. Seasonal demands and industrial action outside of our
control may affect delivery times.

Elvis & Kresse - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier within similar timescales to our Standard Delivery.
William Wood Watches - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier within 5 days of the order being received.
Replica Fire Helmets - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. Statuettes & Crystalware - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. BA Tally's - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. Helping Hoodies - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. Welcome to our frequently asked questions section where you will hopefully find all the answers you need about our shop products and services.

1. Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can. Call us on 01256 366566 and a member of either our Trading or Customer Care teams will be able to assist you. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700.
2. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Please read the information on the delivery page. If you have any questions regarding your order please call the Trading Team on 01256 366566.
3. How do I get a BA Tally engraved?
The price of your Tally includes the engraving. Please follow the instructions on the product page to find out how to send us your engraving details.
We do not accept this information over the telephone.
4. How do I get a Statuette engraved?
Engraving on a statuette is included in the price. There is enough space to allow up to 3 lines of text – with a maximum of 35 characters per line. Engraving information must be emailed to shop@firefighterscharity.org.uk, we are unable to accept this over the telephone.
5. How do I return an item?

6. How do I know my order has gone through online?
Once you have gone through all the ordering steps online you will receive a confirmation e-mail to say your order has been successful. You will also receive a further confirmation email once we have accepted and processed the order. Please check your junk inbox as occasionally our emails will arrive in there.
7. Office Hours?
The office hours for the Trading Team are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
8. Do you have a Product Catalogue?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic over the past few years we have been unable to arrange photoshoots for our products and therefore we do not have a current catalogue available. Our online shop is the best place to see what we have to offer as this is regularly updated.
9. Can I purchase a Helping Hoodie if I am do not work for the FRS?
Unfortunately these products are only available to be purchased by currently serving FRS personal or retired FRS personal and a password will be required to place the order. (This password can be obtained form the your FRS internal communications team) We do however still sell our Firefighters Charity hoodies which are available for all general public to purchase also.
10. I can't see my FRS as an option for the Helping hoodies?
This will mean that we have not yet had permission from your Brigade to use your FRS badge on the hoodies. The best way to help us speed this up is drop your internal communications team an email asking for them to grant the Charity permission to do so as we would be happy to provide badged hoodies to all of our UK based FRS.
