Brigade Engraved Panel Cut Crystal Brandy Decanter with 4 Goblets Tray Set, Boxed - H30G
This timeless set includes a wooden serving tray and a panel-cut, lead-free crystal square decanter with four brandy goblets, all engraved by hand with your Fire and Rescue Service’s emblem* and supplied in a satin-lined presentation box.
In addition, you can add a personalised message to the glass at no additional cost, ensuring the message is no more than 3 lines long, with a maximum of 35 characters per line.
You can let us know your engraving request by either putting these in the “Add Order Notes” in the shopping cart, by replying to your email order confirmation or sending an email to shop@firefighterscharity.org.uk stating your order number.
Please Note - We are currently only able to offer a select number of Fire and Rescue Services’ emblems due to logo permission requirements.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items that have been personalised, unless they are faulty
Delivery
Postage and Packing
Delivery charges start from £2.70 and are dependent on the products that you have ordered.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of us receiving them (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your items. We use the following postage methods:
Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day upon handover in the UK.
Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days upon handover in the UK.
Parcelforce 48 - Your parcel should be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends)
Our chosen delivery companies (Royal Mail or Parcelforce) may contact you directly via email or text to confirm your delivery date/time.
Third Party Delivery:
Elvis & Kresse - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier within similar timescales to our Standard Delivery.
William Wood Watches - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier within 5 days of the order being received.
Replica Fire Helmets - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. Statuettes & Crystalware - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. BA Tally's - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. Helping Hoodies - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of these items, however our suppliers will endeavour to make deliveries as soon as possible. 1. Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can. Call us on 01256 366566 and a member of either our Trading or Customer Care teams will be able to assist you. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700.
2. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Please read the information on the delivery page. If you have any questions regarding your order please call the Trading Team on 01256 366566.
3. How do I get a BA Tally engraved?
The price of your Tally includes the engraving. Please follow the instructions on the product page to find out how to send us your engraving details.
We do not accept this information over the telephone.
4. How do I get a Statuette engraved?
Engraving on a statuette is included in the price. There is enough space to allow up to 3 lines of text – with a maximum of 35 characters per line. Engraving information must be emailed to shop@firefighterscharity.org.uk, we are unable to accept this over the telephone.

6. How do I know my order has gone through online?
Once you have gone through all the ordering steps online you will receive a confirmation e-mail to say your order has been successful. You will also receive a further confirmation email once we have accepted and processed the order. Please check your junk inbox as occasionally our emails will arrive in there.

The office hours for the Trading Team are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
8. Do you have a Product Catalogue?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic over the past few years we have been unable to arrange photoshoots for our products and therefore we do not have a current catalogue available. Our online shop is the best place to see what we have to offer as this is regularly updated.
9. Can I purchase a Helping Hoodie if I am do not work for the FRS?
Unfortunately these products are only available to be purchased by currently serving FRS personal or retired FRS personal and a password will be required to place the order. (This password can be obtained form the your FRS internal communications team) We do however still sell our Firefighters Charity hoodies which are available for all general public to purchase also.
10. I can't see my FRS as an option for the Helping hoodies?
This will mean that we have not yet had permission from your Brigade to use your FRS badge on the hoodies. The best way to help us speed this up is drop your internal communications team an email asking for them to grant the Charity permission to do so as we would be happy to provide badged hoodies to all of our UK based FRS.
