8. Do you have a Product Catalogue?

9. Can I purchase a Helping Hoodie if I am do not work for the FRS?

Unfortunately these products are only available to be purchased by currently serving FRS personal or retired FRS personal and a password will be required to place the order. (This password can be obtained form the your FRS internal communications team)  We do however still sell our Firefighters Charity hoodies which are available for all general public to purchase also.

10. I can't see my FRS as an option for the Helping hoodies?

This will mean that we have not yet had permission from your Brigade to use your FRS badge on the hoodies. The best way to help us speed this up is drop your internal communications team an email asking for them to grant the Charity permission to do so as we would be happy to provide badged hoodies to all of our UK based FRS.

This stunning statuette is as close as we can get to the famous 'Saved' picture of a Victorian fireman rescuing a young girl from a burning building.

By the style of dress, it is believed to be set around 1860 and has been scaled to 11" tall.

On the steps at the back of the sculpture, the first verse of The Firemans’ Prayer has been added:

“When I am called to duty God
Whenever flames may rage
Give me strength to save some life
Whatever be its age.”

Supplied ready-mounted on a plain wooden deep base, you can have your statuette personalised with an engraving on a brass plaque, which is included in the price.

Maximum size for engraving is 3 lines with no more than 35 characters per line (inc spaces).

You can let us know your engraving request by either putting these in the “Add Order Notes” in the shopping cart, by replying to your email order confirmation or sending an email to shop@firefighterscharity.org.uk stating your order number.
